About Soundview School
Soundview School is a small, independent, fully authorized International Baccalaureate World School in Lynnwood, Washington, serving children aged three years through eighth grade. At Soundview School, we are dedicated to nurturing intellectually driven students into compassionate and ethical leaders of tomorrow. Our mission is to ignite a passion for learning through inquiry-based education, integrated projects, and meaningful assessments in academics, the arts, service, and self-expression. We foster international-mindedness, creativity, and a love for knowledge within a diverse and supportive community. By embracing reflection, caring, respect, and trust, we aim to build strong connections within our school and the larger community.

At Soundview, we work with our students and families to build a solid foundation for success. We honor how children really learn by encouraging curiosity, risk-taking, creation, and reflection. We do all of this by implementing the International Baccalaureate framework.

At Soundview School, we emphasize open-mindedness and respect, fostering equity and diversity. Our curriculum encourages understanding and action, while promoting environmental stewardship and creative problem-solving. Flexible schedules and multi-age pods ensure personalized learning for every child.
