Dear Soundview Community,
We are excited to announce that the Soundview Spring Benefit Event will once again be held at the Edmonds Waterfront Center! Mark your calendars for Saturday, March 22nd. The evening’s schedule will be similar to last year, starting with a cocktail reception from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm, followed by dinner at 7:00 pm, a live auction featuring fabulous items, a paddle raise to support Soundview, and concluding with a dessert dash. The event will wrap up around 8:45 pm. Stay tuned in the coming weeks for more details about auction items and registration instructions to secure your spot!
Our Spring Benefit is more than just a gathering. It’s a celebration of our vibrant community, a reflection of our shared commitment to our values of being ethical, rigorous and compassionate, and a crucial fundraiser that supports the programs and initiatives that make Soundview exceptional. Together, we can provide a transformative experience that most importantly impacts your children at Soundview.
We are seeking sponsors who share our vision to partner with us and help support this meaningful event. To be fully transparent, ticket sales do not cover the full cost of hosting the evening. As a sponsor, you and/or your business will receive recognition and visibility, an event presence, and most of all you will be making a meaningful, community impact. If you own a business or work for a company interested in community involvement, we would love to partner with you to sponsor various aspects of the benefit. Sponsorship opportunities include but are not limited to:
Sponsor a table and host a group as a “Table Captain.”
Title sponsor for the event.
Hosting the bar for the evening, including a signature drink with your company’s name.
Gift giveaways with your company logo on the take home items.
Providing cocktail napkins featuring your company logo.
Adding your logo to the paddles used for bidding.
Sponsoring the meal.
Covering the cost of tickets for Staff and Faculty.
Assisting with the cost of the Emcee, Nelson Jay.
Sponsoring the evening’s entertainment.
Providing floral arrangements for the event.
